Rosie is Head of Client Experience at the Money Advice Trust. Rosie joined the Trust five years ago, and has a background in the charitable advice sector. Rosie has previously held positions at a Citizens Advice Bureau and an independent law centre before joining the Trust in an information role. As Head of Client Experience, Rosie has responsibility for the online advice offering to our clients – the National Debtline and Business Debtline websites. Rosie also oversees the Information team, who are responsible for providing technical advice support to our contact centre advisers, and producing content to help our clients deal with their debts, for example our fact sheets and sample letters.
